The Lake House: we knocked down the existing cottage, and constructed a new three bedroom home in its place.

We took the top of the house off and changed the direction of the gable to match the right hand side.
New roof ,windows and the installation of hardie board concrete siding as well as a total gut and rehab of the interior. The amount of detail that went into this remodel is intense and we are quite pleased as is our client with the outcome.
